Whose voice was
Israel to heed? Israel was to heed the voice of the Lord to avoid diseases that Egypt suffered.

destroyed, because you did not obey the
voice of the Lord your God, to
keep His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you.

penalty for disobedience? Destruction from the promised land was the penalty.

repentance bring?
The Lord your
God will make you abound in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your
body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your land for
good. For the Lord will again
rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced over your fathers, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes
which are written in this Book of the Law, and if you turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and
with all your soul.
What would
repentance bring? Repentance would bring success in work circumstances that are
beyond your control.
Th. 10/3/13: John 5:24 – 25 What does hearing
and believing bring?
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in
Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has
passed from death into life. Most assuredly, I say to you,
the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live.
What does hearing and believing bring? Eternal
life: we will never be judged and found wanting.
