The slothful man saith, There is a lion without, I shall be slain in the streets.
How to begin your workday: Pray and lay to rest unfounded fears for the day.

Tuesday, January 3, 2012: Proverbs 15:19            How NOT to pass your workday.
The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain.
How to pass your workday: periodically examine your attitude. Stop building thorny barriers; construct smooth highways and move on.

Wednesday, January 4, 2012: Proverbs 24:30-31            How NOT to maintain your workspace.
I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding; and, lo, it was all grown over with thorns, and nettles had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall thereof was broken down.

The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing.

Friday, January 6, 2012: Proverbs 26:14            How NOT to unwind after your workday.
As the door turneth upon his hinges, so doth the slothful upon his bed.
How to unwind after your workday: Limit your R&R to a single timed amusement (a- is without, muse is thought).
